Information clause for customers of the online store www.danucera.pl
As part of the Privacy Policy conducted by DANUCERA sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Górnośląska 16 lok. 33, 00-432 Warsaw, and in connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation "GDPR"), we inform you about the rules of processing your personal data and your related rights.

Purposes of personal data processing
3. Your personal data is processed:
a) For purposes related to the conclusion and proper performance of the contract, which constitutes the basis for purchasing goods or services offered on our online store's website at www.danucera.pl;
b) to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Personal Data Administrator resulting from legal provisions, including, among others, tax settlements;
submitting to inspections carried out by public entities (e.g., inspections carried out by tax authorities, inspections by the National Labor Inspectorate;
c) in connection with the realization of the legally justified purposes of the Personal Data Administrator, which include: pursuing civil law claims and defending against such claims.
Personal data retention period
4. Your data will be stored in accordance with applicable legal provisions for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which this data is processed, namely:
a) for data collected for purposes related to the conclusion and proper performance of the contract, which constitutes the basis for purchasing goods or services offered on the online store's website www.danucera.pl. If you make a transaction without creating an account on our website, we process personal data for no longer than required by law from the date of completion of the transaction;
b) for data collected to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Personal Data Administrator resulting from legal provisions, including, among others: making tax settlements;
c) for data collected in connection with the realization of the legally justified purposes of the Personal Data Administrator, including, among others: possible pursuit of civil law claims and defense against such claims, handling complaints;
Legal basis for personal data processing
5. The legal basis for processing your personal data is:
a) Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – to the extent of your expressed consent to the processing of personal data for one or more specific purposes, e.g., if you wish to receive our newsletter;
b) Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – with regard to point 3(a) of the clause, e.g., in the case of the need to perform a contract for legal services to which the data subject is a party, e.g., if you make purchases in our store;
c) Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – with regard to point 3(b) of the clause, e.g., in the case of the need to fulfill legal obligations incumbent on the Personal Data Administrator, resulting from Union law or Polish law, e.g., during recruitment;
d) Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – with regard to point 3(c) of the clause, e.g., in the case of the need to process your personal data for the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Personal Data Administrator, i.e., pursuing, establishing, and defending against claims, identifying conflicts of interest.
6. Providing data is:
a) voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract, which constitutes the basis for purchasing goods or services offered on the online store's website www.danucera.pl;
b) voluntary, but necessary to provide marketing services based on the granted consent.
Transfer of personal data
7. The Personal Data Administrator does not intend to transfer your personal data to another recipient, with the following exceptions:
a) entities providing services to the Personal Data Administrator, such as: IT, accounting, hosting, electronic payment processing;
b) postal and courier companies;
c) legal advisors, attorneys, trainee legal advisors, and trainee attorneys cooperating with the Personal Data Administrator.
Rights
8. Pursuant to and subject to the limitations resulting from Articles 15-22 GDPR, you have the right to:
a) access your data and receive a copy of it;
b) rectification (correction) of your personal data;
c) restriction of personal data processing;
d) erasure of personal data;
e) data portability;
f) object to processing.
You can exercise these rights at the Personal Data Administrator's registered office, by correspondence, by electronic means of communication, or by phone.
9. If you become aware that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. The complaint is free of charge.
10. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
