Once you have cleansed your face with CERABALM balm and applied D22 TONIC, apply a small amount of CERABALM to the skin and spread evenly. Begin the gua sha massage with your décolletage – place the flat part of the gua sha stone on your chest and make vertical movements towards your jawline. Then, place the stone in the middle of your chin and make gliding movements along the jawline, dragging the stone in an arc towards your temples – first massage the right side of your face, then the left. Place the gua sha stone near your eyebrows and guide it towards your hairline, making gliding movements across the entire width of your forehead. Use the wavy part of the stone to massage your cheeks – start from the nose line and drag the stone along your cheekbones towards your hairline. Finish the ritual by gently stimulating the skin under your eyes – use the tip of the gua sha stone and make circular movements in the inner corner of your eye, guiding the plate towards your eyebrows and back. Gently press the gua sha stone against your skin to support lymphatic drainage.
